Are you using your time wisely?

Taking advantage of useful routines?

 

Maybe this question doesn´t make much sense to those we do not value self-evolution, and the opportunities each day brings – particularly for multidimensional interassistance.

 

Intermissivists however are conscins that are aware they have proexological commitments and understand they were not born (or resomated) just by mere chance, or for tourism, but rather to fulfil a specific task, or program.

 

This intimate feeling propels the intermissivist forward and one seeks to find ways and useful routines to be able to get to where we want to be, as regards our interassistantial capacity and performance.

 

Learning techniques to optimize self-organization – like the useful routine technique – can boost one´s productivity exponentially.

 

Perseverance, constancy, and the maintenance or sustainability of useful routines generate new healthy habits that in time strengthen your will, and engrain interassistance at a multidimensional level in you.

STEPS to establish a useful routine

 

Useful routine is the technique of using a logical, timely, or daily sequence of acts, or constant procedures technically applied to personal life, through repetition of healthy habits capable of boosting the cosmoethical execution of a lucid conscin´s existential program”.

 

Effects that can be observed when you apply the useful routine technique:

 

1. Qualification of personal habits.

2. Better self-organization and enhanced productivity.

3. Identification of your modus operandi, or how you function on everyday life.

4. Feeling good about having done what was in your checklist for the day.

5. Expansion of self-cognition because you were able to identify personal values, strongtraits, weaktraits, and even absentraits as you analyse your daily routines.

 

Before establishing a daily routine, it is interesting to investigate and detail the sequence of actions you already have going on.

 

Here are 3 important steps before you implement the

useful routine technique:

 

Initial diagnosis:

 

1. List your daily routine activities along 1 week.

2. Identify if these activities meet your pre-established goals.

3. Classify what you consider productive or unproductive.

 

What´s the Plan:

 

1. Discard the actions you consider unproductive.

2. Establish short, medium, and long-term evolutionary goals.

3. Organize your weekly agenda. Better use a spreadsheet where you can put days of the week in the horizontal and time (at 1-hour intervals) on the vertical.

4. Stay on course with your self-organization and routines.

5. Assess every week to check performance and results of using the technique.

6. Do any necessary adjustments.

 

Premises:

 

1. Consider unexpected circumstances. Be flexible, if need be.

2. Meet what is priority.

3. Pay attention to what is your mega-objective, without losing focus but observing everyday occurrences.

4. Respect your human physiology: exercise; eat well, don’t skip meals, sleep hours; make sure you have a social life.

5. You need to take care of all areas of your human existence.

6. Take in consideration travel time between activities.

 

If performance in the application of the technique is clearly unsatisfactory for many weeks in a row, it is necessary to identify whether the proposed routines are consistent with your personal values or whether they are not priority, or consistent with your current evolutionary moment, or still, investigate other reasons, for example, escape from self-responsibility.

 

For instance, when planning goals, the person established he/she was going to use 3hours per day for writing his/her book, but is working 8hours a day and needs 2hours for commuting to and back from work.

 

In this case, the coherent thing to do is to reserve the writing time for the weekend, or to reduce this time during the week to 1hour daily.

 

What is the relationship between establishing and maintaining a useful routine and cosmoethics?

 

The intermissivist´s existential program is oriented towards assisting specific group or groups of consciousnesses.

 

There is already a plan that was made prior to being reborn, and this plan is related to your specific paraduties, according to the practical principle of conscientiology itself: “may the best happen to everyone”.

 

Failure to meet the goals of your existential program may translate into an evolutionary delay for you and others, a lack of cosmoethics even towards oneself, due to the abandonment of the firm self-commitment made, in view of the maxim: “You owe yourself consciential, evolutionary, and cosmoethical improvement”.

 

When identifying doldrums, procrastination, evolutionary backlogs, or deviations from your proexis; or else, when in a natural dynamic profile you notice dispersion, disorganization, difficulty in maintaining discipline, order, and continuity (consciential dispersion syndrome), the most cosmoethic thing to do is to start facing yourself – and leading yourself into action. The useful routine technique can be of great help in this case.

 

Enjoying free-will to choose one´s useful routines can be an indicator of a conscin´s evolutionary intelligence in action.
